Role Overview

As an IAM Business Consultant focusing on Governance and Compliance, you’ll ensure the effective management of IAM solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop IAM policies that meet regulatory standards and best practices. With a strong emphasis on governance, compliance, and conducting audits, you’ll enhance our security and protect data. Your responsibilities include providing strategic and technical guidance on IAM solutions, ensuring compliance through regular audits, and serving as an expert in regulatory standards, particularly in the Financial Services/Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM governance frameworks and policies
• Design and implement IAM solutions, with a focus on compliance requirements
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM frameworks to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance on IAM best practices and industry trends
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate staff on IAM policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in IAM, ideally with One Identity, with a focus on Governance, Compliance, and Audits
• Proficiency in implementing IAM solutions, preferably with experience in One Identity
• Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking sector is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, etc. 
• English and Spanish language skills  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
