We are strengthening our team in Sofia and are looking for a part-time Team Assistant (m/f/d). Be a part of us!
How you’ll provide positive impact
- Manage general secretarial tasks and independently handle internal and external correspondence
- Organize all administrative functions for our Sofia office, such as placing orders and receiving packages, etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and plan internal events
- Assist our project management office with different responsibilities, such as time recording
- Support our internal training unit in administrative matters
Your Skills and Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the administrative field
- Personal responsibility, commitment, independent work, team-orientation and flexible readiness for action characterize you
- A friendly demeanor combined with a high degree of reliability, loyalty, discretion and service-oriented work are a matter of course for you
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Fluency in written and spoken English completes your profile (German language skills are desirable, but not required)
- As a Team Assistant, office attendance is required, working remotely is not possible
