To complete our team at iC Consult, we are looking for a motivated (Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) for the areas of recruiting and candidate management. In this global role, you will play a key role in attracting the best talent to our company.
Whether remotely or hybrid at one of our Bulgarian locations in Sofia, Varna, or Plovdiv, seize the opportunity to get started at the leading consulting firm in the field of identity and access management (IAM)!
Your Responsibilities
- Managing the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring
- Candidate management: Maintaining our applicant pool, communicating with candidates
- Pre-screening and scheduling interviews
- Selection of suitable recruiting channels and direct approach of potential candidates in business networks (LinkedIn)
- Collaboration with various internal departments to analyze hiring needs and select matching candidates
Your Skills and Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or humanities
- Initial experience in recruiting or human resources, ideally in an international context
- Very good knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, Bulgarian is an advantage
