Descripción general del puesto
El puesto de Consultor IAM Senior/Lead (h/m/d) brinda la oportunidad a profesionales con experiencia de asumir la responsabilidad no solo del diseño y la implementación de soluciones IAM, sino también de gestionar activamente las relaciones con los clientes y garantizar su satisfacción continua. El Consultor Senior/Lead IAM desempeñará un papel crucial en la entrega de soluciones IAM innovadoras y en la creación de asociaciones de confianza con nuestros clientes.
Sus principales responsabilidades
- Diseño e implantación de soluciones IAM: Garantizar que las soluciones satisfacen las necesidades de los clientes respetando las mejores prácticas del sector.
- Gestión de las relaciones con los clientes: Mantener una comunicación regular con los clientes para comprender en profundidad sus necesidades, identificar oportunidades de mejora y garantizar una experiencia excepcional al cliente.
- Éxito del cliente: Supervisar y evaluar la efectividad de las soluciones implementadas, anticipar sus necesidades futuras y proponer ajustes o mejoras para optimizar el valor proporcionado.
- Colaboración interdisciplinar: Trabajar con diversos equipos para integrar soluciones IAM en entornos de TI complejos.
- Tutoría y liderazgo técnico: brindar orientación técnica y apoyar el desarrollo de los miembros más jóvenes del equipo.
- Vigilancia tecnológica: mantenerse al día de las tendencias y tecnologías emergentes para contribuir a la mejora continua de nuestros servicios.
Sus habilidades y requisitos
- Sólida experiencia en el diseño e implementación de soluciones IAM de nivel empresarial (One Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock IDM/AM, Entra ID).
- Habilidades demostradas en la gestión de relaciones con clientes y capacidad para construir relaciones de confianza con diversas partes interesadas.
- Dominio del Español e inglés para una comunicación eficaz; el alemán es una ventaja.
- Conocimiento profundo de los principios, protocolos y tecnologías de IAM.
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar proyectos de IAM de principio a fin.
- Capacidad para analizar las necesidades de los clientes y transformar los requisitos en soluciones eficaces.
- Liderazgo técnico y capacidad para orientar a personal con menos experiencia.
