We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in our offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, or Varna. This is a full-time position with remote work options available, and it’s open to candidates based in Bulgaria.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As a member of an agile DevOps team, you accompany the entire project life cycle: from design and implementation to integration and productive operation
- Actively contribute to architecture and design discussions around our customer-specific solutions in the role as a Feature Owner
- Apply the latest techniques such as continuous delivery, zero downtime, and cloud-native principles for highly scalable, fail-safe solutions
- You will work with the latest technologies in IAM, API Management and IoT
- Being present and recognized in customer workshops and SAFe Rituals (on demand onsite participation is highly appreciated once in a quarter)
Immediately after your start, you will be actively involved in exciting projects with well-known customers like Allianz, Audi, BMW, and Siemens. Furthermore, you will join our Bootcamp for new employees, where you will get to know other colleagues and learn more about our company values and work culture. In the initial stages, you will receive dedicated support from a personal mentor until you have a sound understanding of our business.
Skills and Experience
- Completed an apprenticeship in an IT subject or a degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience with AWS (e.g. AWS Lambda Functions, API Gateway and DynamoDB)
- Practical experience in full stack development (focused on JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Knowledge of access management protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2, SAML and their use in Web Applications, ideally by integration of a SaaS Identity Provider (i.e. Auth0, MS Azure B2B/B2C or similar)
- Experience in writing and defining Infrastructure and Configuration as code with Terraform or similar (i.e. Ansible, Bicep)
- A minimum English level of B2 is required, German language skills are an advantage
- Desirable as a bonus: Certifications in AWS, Experience with Rust
