To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Alliances / Partner Manager to join us in one of our offices in Munich, Stuttgart, Essen or Frankfurt or remotely in Germany.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Alliances / Partner Manager (m/f/d) to grow and manage our diverse vendor partner portfolio across Europe. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Alliances, you will drive revenue growth through partner-sourced initiatives and collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure our portfolio features top-tier products and cutting-edge technologies, delivering IAM excellence to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Development:

  • Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies to boost partner-driven business and strengthen market positioning in collaboration with our CTO and Centers of Excellence (CoE).
  • Build strategic partnerships, optimize existing ones, and establish new ones to drive mutual growth.
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and other partner incentives for maximum ROI.

Partnership Management:

  • Manage the entire partner onboarding process – from contracts to training.
  • Develop and maintain accurate business plans and forecasts with partners, monitor progress, and ensure follow-ups for successful execution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partner stakeholders through regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Serve as the key contact between partner stakeholders and iC Consult’s marketing and sales teams.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives with partners, like marketing campaigns or solution offerings, and ensure strong representation at partner events to maximize ROI.

Sales & Channel Management:

  • Drive partner-sourced sales opportunities and support sales teams in increasing revenue, working closely with VPs of Sales.
  • Refine the partner lead and reporting process via Salesforce and other partner portals to ensure accurate tracking of Partner Business improvements.
  • Oversee the partner landscape and decision-making processes related to sales planning, opportunities, and market development, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.

Internal Partner Strategy Alignment:

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and VPs of Sales to ensure compliance with partner programs and successful partner management.
  • Work with marketing to develop sales materials and empower teams to position partner products effectively, while also supporting partner field organizations to align with iC Consult’s strategies.
  • Serve as the escalation point for field issues and provide solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Alliances, Channel, Partnership, or field sales within the software/tech industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage and leverage partner ecosystems as part of sales motions.
  • Proven track record of converting market opportunities into value through partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, PC Leads, CoEs, Marketing) and externally with partner sales for GTM activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in communication, professional presentation, analysis, time management, organization, and conflict resolution.
  • You have excellent German and English skills and are open to traveling as needed.
