We are seeking a Sales Director (m/f/d) for the TOLA territory, working remotely within the USA, to drive new business in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space.

Role Overview

As a Sales Director for the TOLA territory, you will be an individual contributor responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the IAM space. This role is focused on hunting for new logos and expanding our client base within the region. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in IAM, along with their network of clients and partners, to identify and close new consulting, professional services, and MSP opportunities. You must be adept at navigating complex sales processes and selling into strategic enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the TOLA territory (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana) , focusing on acquiring new logos in the IAM consulting, professional services, and MSP space.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the TOLA region to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Leverage existing network and establish new relationships with potential clients and partners in the TOLA market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities specific to the region.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs across consulting, professional services, and MSP offerings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-up within the territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with strategic enterprise clients and guiding them through complex sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest developments in IAM to effectively position our consulting, professional services, and MSP solutions in the TOLA market.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting, professional services, or MSP industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the TOLA IAM market, including clients and partners.
  • Extensive experience in hunting for new business and securing new logos within a defined territory.
  • Ability to navigate and close complex sales processes with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
