To strengthen our teams in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, or remotely, we’re looking for you as a Lead Management Consultant (m/f/d) in Cybersecurity Management with a focus on client communication.
How You’ll Provide Positive Impact
- In interdisciplinary Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity projects, you’ll take on responsibility and maintain a broad perspective
- You’ll manage communication with stakeholders and C-level executives from our clients, preparing content professionally and tailored to target audiences
- Supporting our presales activities, you understand our clients’ structures (e.g., business processes, marketing, procurement, sales) and align your actions, such as presentations and pitch acquisition, accordingly
- Acting as a bridge between our technically-oriented consultants (Delivery) and client management, you’ll drive project objectives
- You’ll engage in organizational and process consulting across the entire IAM lifecycle, building and expanding projects, developing team structures with our clients, and integrating our service portfolio and consultants
- To ensure effective process consulting and successful project delivery, you understand both IAM processes and our clients’ business processes
- Within our core Business Consulting team, you’ll hold a key role and serve as a role model for the next generation of consultants
Your Skills and Requirements
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive proven experience in preparing decision-making templates and presentations at the management level, both in consulting and internally.
- Strong understanding of business models and the orchestration and operations of an IT consulting organization
- Analytical skills for complex contexts and excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, both in self-management and delegation as well as client leadership
- Proficiency in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel
- Ideally, experience in cybersecurity fields such as Identity and Access Management, Customer IAM, Privileged Access Management, or a similar security-focused IT domain
