Our Accelerator Program One Identity Manager starts on November 1, 2025, as a permanent position at iC Consult Bulgaria EOOD. As part of your onboarding, you will receive intensive training covering the following topics, among others:
- Identity & Access Management Bootcamp
- Various One Identity Manager training courses and workshops
- Implementation of practical tasks in our own demo instance
- Soft skills training
As a Technical IAM Consultant, you will work on exciting customer projects and continuously develop your skills.
Your New Field of Activity
- You will advise our customers in identity and access management (IAM) projects, from requirements analysis to complete implementation.
- With your expertise in modern identity and access management solutions – from seamless identity integration and secure API interfaces to efficient identity lifecycle management – you will shape our customers’ security strategy and make a significant contribution to business security.
- You will work on international customer projects with market-leading technologies.
Short Checklist of What You Bring to the Table
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a similar field
- Basic programming skills in .NET, C#, SQL, or comparable programming languages
- Initial experience with frameworks such as Angular or React
- Broad technical know-how and enthusiasm for IT security and new trends and technologies
- Fluent German and English skills, both verbal and written; other languages are an advantage

- IT will ask which devices you would prefer to work with. There’s plenty to choose from and the most important thing is that you decide.
- Our team leads can be contacted at any time and will give you information about your first day at work, your first week and what else you can expect.
- The iC Consult University will prepare an individual induction path for you to make it easier for you to get started with a tailored training program in the first 365 days.
