To strengthen our team in Spain, we are looking for you as a (Junior) Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d). The position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Your new role
In this exciting multi-project coordination position at iC Consult, you will actively support executive management and the Project Management Office. By working closely with the leadership team and project managers, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects. Your dynamic and motivating approach will bring fresh momentum to the team and ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively contributing to the cross-project planning and coordination at iC Consult.
- Supporting resource planning to ensure efficient and methodical project execution, in collaboration with project managers and leadership.
- Preparing invoices, business analyses, status reports, and project documentation, and evaluating key project data for management and customer stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to generate fresh ideas, create compelling presentations, respond to tenders, and prepare offers that contribute to our continued success.
- Being an indispensable support to management in all operational and administrative matters, ensuring smooth project workflows.
Skills and Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, can convey complex information clearly, and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and a solid understanding of complex interrelationships to meet the challenges of our industry.
- Ideally, you have experience with NetSuite OpenAir.
- Excellent proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication at all levels.
