Join our team today! We are looking for an Junior Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) market in Spain. This position is based in our Barcelona office (3 days/week).
Your Responsibilities
- Prospecting, strategizing, and qualifying leads in collaboration with Account Executives and the Regional Director.
- High-volume cold calling, networking, and engaging with potential customers through various channels.
- Coordinating calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Owning and driving the pipeline to achieve allocated IAM and cybersecurity budget numbers.
- Supporting the closure of sales based on expertise in IAM and cybersecurity.
- Maintaining product and service knowledge to conduct meaningful conversations with clients.
Your Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or sales-related field.
- Sales experience in a technology or services environment, ideally selling IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent cold calling skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Fluent in Spanish and at least B2 level in English; knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, a team player, and self-motivated with a desire to grow within a dynamic team.
- Understanding of IAM and cybersecurity principles, with experience in solution-based selling to C-level clients.
