For our office in Bulgaria we search for you as IT Support Engineer (m/f/d).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the operations of IT security infrastructure for our customers
- Communicating with our team in Germany to clarify and resolve incidents and problems
- Implementing solutions for the IT security requirements of our customers
- Utilizing international state-of-the-art IT security management products, as well as modern technologies and standards like Identity Federation and social sign-in
- Analyzing and optimizing existing solutions
Skills and Experience
- University studies in the field of information technology or computer sciences
- 2-5 years of practical experience in a company
- Interest to get deeper into the IT security realm
- Very good analytic thinking and solid knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Good knowledge in at least one of the following fields:
- Programming languages like Java, .NET, scripting
- Database, SQL, SSIS, SSRS
- Windows Server, Unix/Linux
- Authentication methods (MFA, SAML, OAuth…)
- PKI, certificate services
- AZURE, Federation
- Reliable and systematic approach to work, with strong team player skills
- Proficiency in reading and writing both German and English
- Full-time position with a 40-hour work week (5×8)
