Summer Jamboree 2025: A Glimpse into iC Consult’s Largest Employee Event

On June 28, more than 350 colleagues from around the globe came together at the historic Motorwerk Berlin for our iC Consult Summer Jamboree 2025. With its motto “Around the World”, the event brought our international community closer together – and turned Berlin into a stage for cultures, flavors, and experiences from across our global teams.

This gathering is part of a long tradition of iC Consult company events that connect colleagues across borders, strengthen our bonds, and make our company culture tangible.

What is the iC Consult Summer Jamboree?

The iC Consult Summer Jamboree is our largest employee event and a cherished tradition at iC Consult that takes place every two years. It brings together our European colleagues in a different city each time, offering a unique opportunity to connect in person, celebrate, and experience the spirit of our company.

This event showcases what makes iC Consult’s company culture so special: an inclusive, cross-border culture built on trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.

Exploring Cultures Across iC Consult: The Around the World Experience

At past Jamborees, we’ve often included exhibitions from different departments to encourage internal exchange and knowledge-sharing. For the 2025 edition, we created the „Around the World Experience“ by giving each regional team its own booth—designed to showcase their local culture through fun, interactive activities.

From Stein-holding at the Munich booth to Sangria tasting at the Spanish stand, each stop offered a unique cultural experience. Many teams served authentic regional specialties, while others organized games and challenges.

To motivate everyone to explore the full range of booths, we introduced a Passport Game: participants collected stamps at each location and then entered a raffle.

Our trusted partners also joined the experience with booths of their own. Including partners in these events is a long-standing tradition at iC Consult, offering a valuable opportunity to connect internally and strengthen relationships across the ecosystem.

Food, Music, and Dancing into the Night

Following the “Around the World Experience” and a warm welcome from our C-Level leadership, the party could begin. Dinner was served with flying buffets and food stations offering something for every taste. A DJ provided the soundtrack for those ready to hit the dance floor.

Colleagues could enjoy cocktails, play beer pong or table soccer, or capture memories at the photo booth. With perfect summer weather, many gathered in the outdoor area to relax and connect.

The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting—a night full of shared moments that captured the essence of our community.

A Relaxed Sunday on the Spree

For those who stayed a bit longer, Sunday offered the perfect chance to unwind with a scenic boat tour along the Spree. As we cruised by Berlin’s iconic landmarks, colleagues came together once more – rounding off the weekend with great views, delicious lunch, and nice conversations.
