We’re in search of an experienced IAM Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in the UK. The best part? You’ll be working mostly remotely, with occasional client site visits, offering the ideal blend of flexibility and hands-on engagement.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their Identity and Access Management (IAM) needs and provide expert consulting services
- Implement and configure IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems – you’ll work with technologies such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, One Identity, or SailPoint, depending on project requirements
- Conduct IAM assessments, analyze requirements, and design tailored solutions to meet unique needs
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful deployment and operation of IAM solutions
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on IAM best practices
- Assist in the development of IAM strategies and roadmaps while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM
Your Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IAM Implementation projects, showcasing your deep knowledge and proficiency; relevant certifications in IAM technologies are a plus
- Expertise in at least one of the following IAM platforms: ForgeRock, Ping Identity, One Identity, or SailPoint
- A strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues to ensure the security and functionality of client systems
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites
