Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) in Identity and Access Management (IAM)! This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel required to customer sites, primarily in and around Paris, for project engagements and meetings.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) at iC Consult, you will play a pivotal role in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, focusing on understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and ensuring successful implementation. Your expertise in IAM solutions will be crucial in providing strategic insights and driving business value for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for IAM solutions
• Develop comprehensive IAM strategies and roadmaps tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives
• Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate IAM concepts, gather feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the IAM implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards

Your Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, processes, and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans and strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in both French and English languages
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, primarily in and around Paris, for project engagements and meetings
