Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your mission is to attract, source and hire the best talent. As a fluent German speaker, you will use your expertise to strengthen our dynamic team, directly impacting our ability to innovate and lead in the IAM market. With your dedication, you will ensure that we can meet our growing need for world-class talent.

How you’ll provide positive impact

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise various channels and resources to actively source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within iC Consult.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance iC Consult’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, utilising networking and talent mapping techniques.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
